I admit that I was a bit averse to this romance option at first, but I see that it can work and redeemed Arcann is just so sweet and kind. The only thing I hate is the voice. They gave him a totally wrong voice for the character, just doesn't match him at all, which breaks immersion too much. The only way it would have worked is if they went with the Darth Vader trope, where it's the cybernetic mask that makes Arcann's voice sound deep and gravelly, and when he takes it off you get to hear his real, normal voice. It looks like that is exactly what they were going for, but somewhere along the way they decided not to hire a second voice actor, most likely for budget reasons. Oh well, at least he's a pretty good character. I like the depth/complexity they did with the Eternal Empire story and characters.
